Cold Straightening
Straightening service is provided to steel plates in order to eliminate the deformations on the surfaces of the plates with a mechanical strength of 260-1250 MPa, in the thickness range of 5 - 25 mm, to ensure the surface smoothness and to remove the internal stresses that occur in the material after heat treatment, rolling, cold working and so on.
Laser
All kinds of steel plate cutting operations are performed with 3mx10m table width, angled up to 12 mm and flat laser cutting service up to 25 mm.
Sandblasting & Painting
For the purpose of increasing the corrosion resistance of the steel plates and for extending the stock life, the plates with a maximum thickness of 100 mm and a width of 2500 mm are automatically sandblasted for surface cleaning and roughness according to Sa standards, and then painted with "shop primer" primer paint.
